25 August 2022 - 30 August 2022, 3:30pm - 5:00pm
These webinars are for anyone based in SW and NE England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, with an interest in applying for Community Research Network funding in the current Expression of Interest phase.
Join our online event, where representatives from UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) and The Young Foundation’s Institute for Community Studies will share research findings from our report, An equitable future for research and innovation, and further information about the Community Research Networks funding call. Find out more about the funding opportunity here.
There’s growing recognition that everyone in the UK has a stake in research and innovation, including people and communities that may not traditionally have had a voice in the sector. Over the next four years, UKRI is therefore investing £4m in emerging Community Research Networks, supporting organisations to develop relationships, capacity and capability to support community research.
These webinars are opportunities for potential applicants to learn more about the new fund, ask questions, and network with other locally-operating organisations.
We welcome applicants from charitable trusts, registered charities, community interest companies, cooperative societies, research organisations and local authorities. If you are unsure of your eligibility, we encourage you to come to the event for more information.
