Project Administrator
Lynn joined The Young Foundation in 2023 from a career background in project office and change management. She is highly motivated to use her skillset to support positive social change, believing that with creativity, care, and determination, a team effort can make a big impact in creating a fairer society.
Lynn supports peer researchers through the onboarding process, the project lifecycle, and accreditation. She develops and maintains project processes and provides business development administration. Lynn assists the Research team with ongoing projects and supports the Research Project and Communications Manager, working with the Communications and External Affairs team to create communications outputs and events.
Outside of work, Lynn volunteers with sensory loss and pet therapy organisations. She loves country walks, is a writer, and has a passion for rediscovering social history through ancestry research.
