Director of Finance and Corporate Resources
Paul joined The Young Foundation in 2021 from The Land Trust, where he had been in a similar role. He has 15 years’ experience in the charity and not-for-profit sector, having begun his career in the corporate world. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and brings many years of experience at director and trustee level, across HR, and IT, as well as finance. He enjoys leading change and helping to make organisations and the people in them the best that they can be.
Outside work, Paul enjoys travel and languages. He is a fitness fanatic, running regular half marathons and spending hours in the gym.
