Social Innovation and Investment Programme Manager

In a career spanning the charity, public and private sectors, Ajeet has worked on enterprise support programmes for organisations including the Equality and Human Rights Commission, British Council and the online marketplace, Etsy. He joined The Young Foundation in August 2020.

Ajeet is passionate about social impact in the arts and creative industries and has spent the last decade working with entrepreneurs in the UK and overseas, across music, film and craft. This has seen him building programmes ranging from talent development to peer-to-peer business support, showcasing opportunities and policy initiatives.

Ajeet is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and an UnLtd mentor, supporting social entrepreneurs to grow and scale their businesses. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and baking, DIY, exploring London’s food hall scene, and spending quality time with family and friends.
