Civic Leadership Programme Lead
David joined The Young Foundation in 2023 to help us to discover and develop civic leaders – anyone who is willing to share responsibility for the health of our society.
He has a background in personal and organisational development, having been a learning partner to pioneering changemakers and organisations in the UK and internationally for more than 15 years.
David is particularly interested in working across system and sector boundaries. He is a certified coach and facilitator, and his approach is rooted in his lifelong experience of navigating chronic illness.
