Interim HR Manager
Elizabeth is an HR professional who joined The Young Foundation in 2023 as our Interim HR Manager.
Prior to joining the charity sector, Elizabeth worked as both an HR advisor and a business partner across various sectors, including finance, education, and health. Elizabeth brings her functional HR skills and professionalism to The Young Foundation and is particularly passionate about our role in community research, engagement, and inclusion.
Elizabeth lives in Essex with her two children and husband. She enjoys participating in charity events, is a lover of sports and sometimes volunteers in her local athletics club.
