Lydia Ragoonanan is an expert in designing and running social innovation programmes, who recently led The Young Foundation’s Inclusive Economy Partnership BOOST initiative.
She has been director of the London Office for Rapid Cybersecurity Advancement (LORCA), a senior programme manager at Nesta, and principal strategist for the New Zealand Transport Agency. Most recently, Lydia established her own innovation consultancy, Kintsukuroi Consultancy.
Her work to support social innovation achieves impact – from being cited as providing inspirational thought leadership internationally in the case of public parks innovation, through to transforming how health and care professionals feel empowered in their jobs in case of reform of elective care systems.
Beyond her work with The Young Foundation, Lydia is a RSA fellow and a Tech Talent Charter Ambassador.
