Social entrepreneur, academic, and commentator

In 2019, Micheal was in the Financial Times 100 most influential leaders in tech in the UK as the Founder and CEO of The Common Sense Network, an alternative news platform dedicated to finding common ground between opposites.

He is also founder and director of a Christian charity, Our God Given Mission; founder of The Apex Group, where CEOs and founders share best practice; and founder of the BAM Project, helping young boys reimagine masculinity.

Micheal is an advisor and consultant for a range of organisations, and the youngest ever non-executive director at the University of Salford. He serves on the Board of Chatham House, and the Royal Institute of International Affairs, and is a Trustee at both GMAX Athletes and The Young Foundation. He is currently completing a PhD on Balkanisation.
