Research Project and Communications Manager

In the Research Team, Tate oversees and manages key project processes to develop and maintain our Peer Research Network. She also works with the Communications and External Affairs Team to support, create, deliver and maintain communications outputs and events.

Tate joined The Young Foundation in the autumn of 2021, supporting our Research Department as a Project Administer before moving into her current role in 2023. She was previously a research administrator at Tate Gallery in their Development Department.

Alongside this work Tate is also a Breathwork Therapist and works with people to harness the power of their breath to heal the mind and body. She is passionate about openly discussing mental health and the ways in which we can empower ourselves and others.

In her free time, Tate loves to bake, go for cold swims in the sea and walks in the countryside.
