Biography

Christine Smith is a lecturer and professional practice co-ordinator in the School of Education at the University of Hull. Christine is an experienced youth and community work practitioner and worked in different community education roles before taking up a role in higher education. Christine has been a committed trade unionist and is currently active in different networks that advocate for advancement of youth and community education and research including the Professional Association of Lecturers in Youth and Community Work.
