A participatory artist and printmaker researching trauma-sensitive arts practice, Catherine is undertaking her PhD working with research partner Devon Rape Crisis and Sexual Abuse Services, and using printmaking and artist books as creative methods.

As a previous director of equality innovation at The Young Foundation, Ceri worked to increase the equality impact of our work. Prior to this, she was chief executive of The Fawcett Society, the UK’s leading campaigning organisation for women’s equality and rights.

Charlene brings extensive experience leading large, complex innovation programmes across the public sector, arts and culture, health and care and local communities. She is skilled in developing partnerships that explore how people-powered innovation can create meaningful change in complex systems.
