Biography
Steph Gaydon is a qualitative researcher with over 15 years experience in the social research and NGO space in the UK and global south. She is passionate about using participatory research models for good, particularly in supporting underserved communities, gender and youth research. She is a co-founder of Selah Collective and is currently based in Thailand.

Selah Collective is a group of independent researchers and designers who want to amplify the voices of underserved communities. They come together to design bespoke participatory methods, champion and innovate peer research and capacity-build our partners because we believe effective research empowers people and is grounded in reciprocity.
