A Grant Framework: For new build community-led housing projects

Community-led housing is building momentum and is beginning to demonstrate its capacity to deliver affordable homes to people. Focusing on community land trusts, this report attempts to draw out some patterns around the cost of preparing and developing community-led housing schemes. These patterns were then developed into a grant framework.
