Work with us
Partnership is at the heart of everything we do. We work with organisations across diverse sectors, supporting them to better understand, involve and innovate with communities – and helping them use those insights to drive change. We undertake research, we design and deliver interventions, and we deliver bespoke training, supporting innovators to take radical action on the issues they care about.
Working all over UK and tackling a wide range of societal issues, we are collaborative, dynamic, and bring a multi-disciplinary approach. We are always open to developing new partnerships, and we thrive on delivering work that makes a positive difference.
Work with us if you want to:
- understand what people in communities think, feel and experience
- support communities to take action on the things they care about
- learn how businesses, public institutions, and communities can come together to shape a fairer future
- drive innovation and support ventures that tackle some of our greatest social challenges
- have impact, leading an innovative project with a strong community dimension
Training
We provide high-quality training for individuals, groups and organisations that are looking to research in and with local communities. We provide direct training and accreditation to peer and community researchers. We also provide ‘train the trainer’ packages, supporting organisations to build their community research and innovation capacity. And we provide training to support and grow community leadership. We have proven accelerator programmes that support social enterprises and mission-led businesses to increase their scale and impact – often through brokering cross-sector partnerships.
Our training packages are highly adaptable, and are proven to work in a range of bespoke settings and diverse participants.

We work with you to translate your research needs and aims into a project brief and timeline. We then work collaboratively to meet your brief. We manage your research project end-to-end, co-ordinating the team, and processing the data and insights that are gathered during the project.
The Peer Research Network delivers a Peer Research Level 2 qualification, which has been developed to meet the specific needs of our learners and is accredited by NCFE, an awarding organisation recognised by the qualification regulators for England (Ofqual), Wales (Qualification Wales) and Northern Ireland (CCEA Regulation).
