Zain Ali

Programme Manager

Zain joined The Young Foundation in 2020 after working at Mind, helping improve access to psychological therapies, particularly amongst Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities. Zain has held civil society roles across the globe – including with British Council in India and the Cabinet Office in Japan.

Jana Tauschinski

Jana spent a year creating on-the-road podcasting for the University of St Andrews, working alongside community groups, social enterprises, and local initiatives across 11 European countries. As a mixed-methods researcher, passionate about participatory and peer approaches, Jana is interested in exploring creative and visual forms of communicating stories within research findings.
